We propose to add spatial and user experience values to a project that complies with all functional needs. The function and the person who uses the building are placed on the same level of importance, seeking to solve both requirements creating spaces that generate well-being for those who will use them. In this design form not only follows function, but also user experience and sustainability. To achieve this, several design strategies are applied: an architectural promenade, public spaces with green areas, a garden, a roof terrace, spaces of various heights loaded with natural light, among others.
