Delta Centenario is a project of 36 housing units with 1 and 2 bedrooms, located on one of the most important avenues in the city, one block from the intersection of Av. 8 de Octubre with Luis Alberto de Herrera and Centenario. It has a height of 11 levels and a basement. On the top floor it has a multipurpose room with an indoor barbecue with a terrace looking towards Centenario Avenue, a gym, a solarium, and a laundry room.
