Delta Sur is a project located in the Montevideo downtown, 2 blocks away from Rambla Sur. It has 23 apartments with a top level of public access to residents with common spaces overlooking the Rambla. The project is located in a heritage area, and it proposes a density and height that follows its surroundings, and with a façade design that uses rhythms with proportions taken from nearby architectures as well as double heights.
