The project proposes a new relationship between housing density, nature and landscape, connections with the environment and programmatic activation, with a common goal: to improve the quality of life of all residents of the neighborhood. It is not a closed residential complex, but a large public infrastructure that incorporates housing density. It is the landscape and nature that articulate these complexities.
An urban ecosystem is design, where landscape and nature, combined with activities and programs, result in a new type of urban infrastructure. This infrastructure serves the entire neighborhood, being connected by several strategic points to be accessible to all its surroundings and serve as a connecting node with different points in the neighborhood. The first 2 levels of the project are conceived as a large service sector and public urban park, with wide openings towards the neighborhood.
