This project, located in an open space within a large park (“Parque Batlle”) in a central area of the capital city of Montevideo, is a Modern Architecture Exhibition Center.

 

It has a clear volumetric design consisting of two prisms articulated by a courtyard, area that functions as the entrance and is also the link to the surrounding park by contrast. The programme is organized lengthwise following the form of the building. The different services are arranged in one light weight prismatic volume structure aligned with the general set up of the project.
