This project consists of a big mixed use building, which acts as a driver for regenerating the urban area of Campanha, next to the underground station. The lot is irregular and uneven. The building is not designed to protrude vertically, but to expand horizontally, using the different geometries created by the irregular form of the land.
The project itself is based on three altimetric levels, one at +0.00 level, with access from R. de Pinto Bessa, another one at -3.00 level, with direct access to the park that will be developed and another one at -6.00 level, where the courtyard is located. Each level offers a different perspective, while being connected easily with the other levels.
