HOUSES IN CARLOS GARDEL STREET

Project of two single-family houses of equal hierarchy, located on a heritage street -Carlos Gardel-. The project seeks to balance the situation of both houses, giving one the view of the sea  and the other a garden. At an urban level, facades are designed to respond to the rhythms and proportions of the section, and the corner is freed as proposed by the urban plan of the area, creating spaces for rest and meeting.
