The project is located on a corner lot, with a square shape, in a consolidated sector of the city. We sought to create a project system that begins from the square, creating an orthogonal grid, where different spaces with different functions are located, which are articulated with each other, managing to function separately, as well as integrally, especially in the relationship between the interior and exterior.
